Under the terms of the placement the Directors had the ability to subscribe for $15k worth of shares each.Their commitment of 10k,5k,5k respectively is limp wristed in my view.This level of commitment does not align their interests with that of the shareholder.
The road ahead is a long one.I do not wish to carry people half-hearted in their personal level of commitment.
Any Director not wishing to invest a minimum $50k via placement or on market purchases,will not be supported by myself upon their re-election.
