They would have been given a notice advising them which date the inspector was coming in. Every certified engineer knows of the environmental rules and regulations. They would have reported all environmental issues occuring and management would decide whether to ignore it or not. The CEO foremost should know his obligations to the environment that comes with having the mining license.
CCZ are not above the law and need to get in line no matter how small the environmental issues are. They have a duty to the land, the country and the community.
