Inspections happen all the time and are never reported - what's the big deal?
IMHO, the regulator should deliver a warning then give adequate time for rehab requirements to be implemented, then return for a follow up site visit before taking a decision to suspend or otherwise - factoring in any mitigation.
We live in country with a judiciary that operates on fair principles and due process, not a kangaroo court system.
It stinks the regulator chooses to suspend a couple of days before Xmas - why not issue notice of intent for follow up site visit in NY then re-assess. Surely the regulator will be off for the next two weeks regardless.
Why waste neurons trying to create a hurricane when this is merely a storm in a tea cup?!?
