The ASX determines price sensitivity and so far only a trading halt has been issued. The rest has been dug up by clever Hotcopper users.
The suspension was only issued on Wednesday. Submissions were made by both the inspector and Alan and while the original site visit was prior to the CR the inspection report and Alans submission was after that date. Still, I'd be really annoyed as a sophis who invested without knowing that 5 drill holes had been dug without a permit.
We need a new CEO.
