Oh my god! What is going on with this company? 

Five extra drill holes were drilled because they got bad advise by someone, and now that someone has been booted from connection with Castillo? What, was Alan unaware that these holes were being drilled? This guy is USELESS!

It also looks from that document that Phase 2 drilling is complete as far as they are concerned?

To be fair though it looks like most of those transgressions were pretty minor. Additional ground disturbance of an area smaller than my back yard. An argument over whether some drilling rock chips may have rolled down the hill a bit and a few were left on the drilling pads. Clearly there was one big snafu, probably the extra drilling, and the rest was just piled on for good measure.

All begs the question though, in an environment where authorities are concerned over 90m2 of additional disturbance over 3000m2 of planned disturbance, what chance is there of getting permits for all the other stuff like relocating stockpiles?
