Hi Henry, agree, it must be hard to negotiate when the other party knows that someone else has the right of first refusal. Could spend months testing product, negotiating terms etc etc and then Burwill can just say yep we can match that as you say.
The right of first refusal that MIN had over PLS product is a classic lesson on the potential detriment that these type of agreements can have on a business.
