So the agreement with Burwill also falls under the term "arrangement".
So A40 are negotiating to re arrange their arrangements which include agreements and hopefully come to a suitable arrangement they can form a new agreement(s) on, with whichever party(s) they are arranging agreements with?
So forming these new arrangements was the easy part (TH), but coming to an agreement on the arrangements is understandably more difficult (VS). Which is of course much better than VA!
