    In the last Quarterly Activities Report, it was stated:
    "Offtake discussions commenced on increased lithium concentrate production"

    So I think we are providing a "written offer" of the results of those discussions to Burwill to match or reject. So I don't think we'll be scrambling for a 3rd party option
