Looking back over the last 2 years Announcements Doray has only issued 2 trading halts, one for a capital raising and now this one. Not even the Galance deal or the merger with SLR had a trading halt.
Trading halts usually impact the share price, any uncertainty over Andy Well and the SP could suffer. Doray announced the SLR merger one month after the Galane deal which would mean SLR were already in discussions with DRM and were in agreement to divest Andy Well.
Monday will be interesting though it stands to reason that SLR are aware of any situation and likely scenarios.
