I think you're right about the need for a trading halt. Unless of course they know something we don't. Something that would lead to insider trading.
Maybe indications from potential buyers of Kalkaroo was that Native title was the big blocker for them. It's been dragging on for years. Who would really buy into it with no certainty of a timeframe for getting a mining lease. Once Native title is finalised that would remove a huge amount of uncertainty for buyers. They may become far more interested in the project now.
