Yeah I'm just more curious as to how this transaction ends up being structured - as far as a merger, or acquisition. End result more or less the same for investors...but for the business itself, something different
That said, will the actual 'control transaction' come at a premium to the 64c they have just paid? Especially once the market gets wind of it and it (likely) opens there next week...
