I want to repeat what I said earlier as I feel it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. Unless I am missing the point.
In a post yesterday, Blairba2000 posted as follows:
"By coincidence I received a reply email from Ben at ASX yesterday afternoon, a month after my concerns were sent to him. In it he said: "We are writing to confirm that ASX has investigated this matters and has not identified any breach by FMS of its continuous disclosure obligations." (exact words)
I REPEAT. How the hell can ASX know this? IT IS NORMAL when ASX query a company on disclosure they do it PUBLICLY. A letter sent to the company asking if they are in accordance with disclosure rules. Did this happen. If FMS was asked why not PUBLICALY?
How did ASX come to their conclusion?
Surely on Monday ASX will send a letter to FMS asking FMS to confirm that FMS is in accordance with all disclosure rules. ARE THEY?
