They really should make a statement if their not in bed with Todd IMO. Not to do so, is very suspicious.
I believe OCJ will not make their intentions known. What I do know is that OCJ voted against 4 out of the 4 Resolutions put to the FMS AGM just over 3 weeks ago. I was at the AGM and I am quietly confident that probably ALL non TIO shareholders are on the same page.

Sailingkid. Really Glad you feel pretty confident their on the same page as us. Just sent my complaint to ASX and ASIC . Seems rather stupid that our ( or should say Todd’s Board ) have made this announcement knowingly OCJ is hostile, along with the bulk of all minor SHs. Strange to say the least as it appears futile without OCJ voting in favour.
