Hopefully a takeover and not a another change of CEO. Not sure takeover will be good news though ie the share price has been hammered down considerably from $1.5+ recent high so might not get much more than $1.20 per share.
Imagine Crescent would like to move on.
Will wait with bated breath for the announcement.
