I would hope that CG management saw better long term value in retaining complete service from project inception to project delivery and developed different but aligned branding between CG and CS ... imo it’s a valuable strength their competition doesn’t have.
Hiving off CS for a sugar hit to CG just leaves CG with reduced differentiation amongst fierce competition.
