Aren’t we waiting on SMS proposal for FEED, which will hve a mterial impact on capex? This ann. won’t be anything binding, it won’t have $$$ stated, and no ratio of equity/debt plans etc.

best we can hope for is SP appreciation based on positive association with parties involved.... if that’s KFW, I doubt any uptick as this is basically expected and imo factored into SP. to prop’s point, we’re likely at the start of the journey (ATC 3 years ago) we may even drop...
