It is technically an institutional placement. But no reason why sophisticated investors won't get a look in. When raising funds, companies will take money from wherever they can get it. In fact, the company rarely has a say on where the cash comes from (apart from a JV/cornerstone).....that's up to the broker(s) to take care of.As for where I get the info from?
