Just trying to get a handle on this. Company previously stated
"In terms of activity, the Company expects cash receipts banked for the December quarter, based on current contracts, to be largely in line with the September quarter".
Cash receipts for Sept quarter around $3,673,000 and expected outflow for this quarter was given as 2.2 mill so based on that, it would appear that net cash inflow would be around 1.4 - 1.5 million for this quarter. Annualised - that is around 6 million.
I realise the cashflow with service companies can be 'lumpy' and revenue and cashflow are not one and the same. However, couple this with the contract wins announced recently, this looks very interesting.
Company also stated they have a 1 million loan facility available of which none had been drawn as of last quarterly which seems like a handy buffer for cashflow requirements.
Don't crucify me as I am no accountant but just sniffing around...
