I am not convinced of that Playez. I suspect that POH would sell all of its assets (fire sale perhaps)  - and say it was to retire debt as a result of the MYLAN case. In fact, if I was on the board of POH and Mylan was attempting to crush the company out of existence, I would be doing that - selling all assets to a MYLAN rival - remember that the obligations attached to the  licence that MYLAN has is part of the asset cache as well
