They owe POH ! However they may have been told by the arbitrator to expedite the contract 're dapto' . Only problem there is a contract has two sides and if one ceases to exist , well . These negotiations possibly initiated by poh could be a red rag to a tough guy like Gallagher . Another Gallagher ' dont screw with us example could be in the wind but look fwd to the announcement, you never know .
