From my perspective only:
In the scheme of things all things Mylan the POH arbitration defence action has simply been an exercise in using OPM[other peoples money[namelyStrides/Arcolab and POH money] and win or loose it costs Mylan nothing.
Mylan legal costs are now recoverable from POH.This raises the question as to why Mylan would wish to negotiate on the commercialisation of daptomycin injectable product now unless the previously determined useless IP now has some value .
