I also dont seen any indication at all of why someone would think there is a potential takeover underway when the announcement says nothing of the sort.

More likely it is revised growth plans that are more realistic and achieveable than the sheet we have grown accustomed to being fed. I am thinking and outline of production growth targets with a revised timeline. Hopefully also some mention of plans for the pellet plant, anticipated dates fpr first sales and info regarding sales targets, price, cost and margin per tonne as well as details of contractors and how they are going with training of local staff. Also how many staff they have currently as well as expected to need to meet growth targets. Definitely a lot of unanswered questions there. Fingers crossed
