This mob have been trying to turn mud into saleable product for way to long, truth is that India has 10's of millions of tonnes of this product in stockpiles that they see as useless.

If it was viable to fluff these stockpiles into useable product they would be all over it, I wouldn't be surprised at all if they are walking away now this new CEO has had time to get his head around it all. Imo the old captain left the ship knowing full well that it is possibly game over.

It will be a very well placed as a shell atm
