Agree DF they are both explorers but I believe IRC has the,greater potential for shareholder return, will be producing again in the new year ,regular royalty funds that take care of any admin costs,and multiple projects to be developed .
but if merger is favourable to IRC and JP is head of new entity then merger could be beneficial.
