Dear Father Christmas,

My wish this year for Christmas is a new Managing Director to manage Triton minerals.
One that has a desk calendar and doesn't bungle credit raising with continuous wrong closing dates.
One that has half a brain to consult with ASIC prior to issuing a CR prospectus because they would have an innate ability to know it would only be rejected.
Possibly one that communicates, is transparent, and has a tendency to meet targets they boast they would achieve.
An MD that builds shareholder value rather than self interest to collude with other entities.

We are willing to pay this Managing Director 3/4 of a million dollars per year if that's enough (I know this new CR falls a bit short of his wage but we are willing to issue another CR shortly after)

Remember Santa when years ago shareholders didn’t have to waste their only wish as MD's were born with these basics attributes.
