This will be interesting - they had $6m net cash & $5m undrawn facilities at 30/6/18, and were operating close to breakeven, so i didn't think there wasn't an obvious immediate need to raise capital on a business as usual basis. I am assuming they need capital to fund working capital / growth in the order book, which would be a positive.
