Yes, a trading halt for results sounds most promising.
Let's hope along the lines divined by management in the recent Spinifex article in The West (Coolgardie Minerals Thinks Outside the Box, 17 Nov, 2018, p.106) :
In the south-eastern end of the pit, historic drilling by previous owners returned an intercept of 6m at 3g/t but Coolgardie believes previous exploration has been in the wrong area.
“There’s a structural geological reason why we think we’ve got a very good chance of extending this resource,” Coolgardie chairman and significant shareholder Neil Warburton said.
Mr Granville said historically the area had been geologically mapped as the Bullabulling Shear but new thinking had changed the company’s understanding of the ground.
Coolgardie has hired respected geologist Greg Partington, whohas a PhD in structural geology, was integral in the discovery of the Bullabulling deposit and is familiar with the ground.
“What is evident from Greg’s knowledge is that the gold is actually hanging on the ultramafic contact, it’s not associated with the shearso all of a sudden the whole ground becomes brand new,” Mr Granville said.
Good luck to us all.
