You hit the nail on its head. That’s poor management. Any idiot would know that you dont spring a capital raising when the share price is the lowest it’s been for the last 18 months. Management had many opportunities to call for a cap raising when the SP was trading between 4-6c. You watch, then they will have the hide to ask for increased remuneration or for more shares and options to fatten their pockets.
