Yes and no, I don't think it would be a balls up. They're fairly good compared to a lot of other start ups they try to spend as minimal cash as they can. I would say if they did it again sure there would be some concern but not a screw up. Ultimately though it does depend on them landing enough deals between A and B for it to be an issue.
I'd rather they do mini CR's to get by slowly rather than doing massive $5 mil ones like I've seen with some start ups that end up paying their management ridiculous wages.
