Just in regard to the last CR: a public offer was lodged on 28/04/16 for 1,666,666,666 shares @ $0.03 to raise $5M. The company was originally Sub-Soil Technologies Limited & changed it's name to Pointerra.

You might be right about the CR being a good launching pad for the SP. The company will be cashed-up to expand the technology development capacity & sales teams.
Not sure if the Pointerra team have communicated with any European tech companies yet: perhaps they'd be interested in talking business with Hexagon (www.Hexagon.com)
