Pleased to see announcement of a trading halt for fund raising(s). With mkt cap at $1.4m and cash $0.5m end of September and an implied enterprise value of a mere $0.9m getting ahead of events and boosting cash reserves further is a super smart move. Cash reserves as a % of total mkt cap will increase and further show the undervalued nature of current trading range as the enterprise value b
ecomes that much smaller as compared to market cap with the company holding large cash on deposit. Add in numerous projects and a neat JV to boot this 0.6c-0.7c spread may well be a great launch pad in to 2019.
Lets see what deals and offers arise here as a great period ahead looms large with plenty if decent targets on the horizon in my opinion.
Relatively low shares on issue, low market cap, low EV, cash reserves solid and about to grow and a decent line up in 2019 of events to get some energy back here.
Ready to add to holdings and will buy the recovery along with any general public made offerings.
Good move to act at this time at a potential bottom here.
