Whisper is that this has gone to the Aussie brokers - I assume Sprott's terms weren't favourable enough.

Big demand is what I am hearing and insto's are very keen. Super quick turnaround too which suggests demand for script.

Don't know the terms or discount but would think it will be minimal - look at some of the recent deals (e.g. IGO --> ENR and BHP --> SOLG) and there is even the prospect of a premium ... maybe wishful thinking as I will likely not get a look in.

I think this is wise to get this away now. Management have been very astute waiting for a few more "best ever" drill results and the licence extension ... markets are looking very wobbly now so whilst demand is present it is wise to fill the coffers with a sufficient, but not excessive, amount of cash.
