What good is liquidity if you nearly halve your share price target through dilution. We would have 230m SOI under your scenario and we would have to triple our MC just to hit $1 when a $250m valuation should have us in the $1.50 region.
Throw the big boys a bone and give them a stake. If you give Sprott $5m that makes it the start of something meaningful and then they can add on market if they want a bigger holding. What you're suggesting just shafts existing holders.
