That would be gross. No way we need $60m. That is nearly 100% dilution.
I will be disappointed if it's outside the $5-10m range. Less than $5 isn't significant and won't get the big boys set. More than $10m is unnecessary at this price. They can raise big money at $1.50.
If any options attached I hope they are 3 figure strike too.
