Why do they need to inform us, they already informed the ASX, and have upto three months after placement to fill the shortfall. I see no reason it would be in halt, (there was no halt during the process until now) why wouldn't they just announce when placed. My thoughts are that all yesterdays buying may look somewhat over the speed limit when it is announced that the shortfall has been filled and whoever bought the shortfall has already got a nice return before the transaction or as the transaction is taking place.
