Why is this report any different from a brokers particularly bullish LONG report and recommendation? The brokers sales staff spruik the report to all their clients and benefit from brokerage revenue. They certainly benefit in much the same way. The stock price is off around 25% since the report came out. It was well off it’s highs prior to that. If the report is totally unfounded I’d expect all the directors who have been selling will be stepping up to the plate and filling their boots.
