The goodwill value! - has the discussion really come down to such irrelevancies? The market cap would still be over a billion dollars even if the SP halved. The market has valued the goodwill at far more than it is recorded at on the balance sheet. If the goodwill val is the thrust of VGI's second report or whatever, then it is just a scare campaign, relying on market psychology, rather than any useful argument as to the value of the business. Surprises me that their report is so amateur tbh, but the market still sells the stock. So many seem to be traders rather than an investors. All IMO.

I certainly hope it does the trick anyway - I'm keen to buy CTD for keeps at a low price. Will be some great trading opportunities on the way down.
