You Have 3 options. the 2 other options you can pick up half cash half stock or 25 percent cash 75 percent stock. I am sort of dissapointed if they mean the usual dividend they would pay in February/March would be subject to the final offer. The business earns cash it should not be for TPG to bank (all profits made since July 1st 2018), who owns the company at this moment sounds like TPG.
