It is good to see they finially made an offer. I don't know about this BGH being blown out of the water stuff. Because that would have meant that they were looking at a price of more like 4.50 to 5 dollars which is rediculous. So I am not sure how this will all go down. Sounds like that managment want to get out asap. So likely we will find out the dates for the shareholder vote In the next few days. Do you think it will be before the end of the year?
