There goes the R&D Tax credit.
The positives are that at least IKON are now exposed, I could never understand what they were on about nor the time slots they used.
IKON got off the hook by Cellmids poorly documented contract.
You continually have to question your advertising contractors, they do not understand your product or target audience like you do.
Agree KPI's with them that are your CSF's.
