I know, but if say the 5 directors contribute equally, then each has to find $2.5 million. Some may buy more than others, but it's a lot of money to come up with. Also we have to wait until December to vote on it. They must be very confident.
The CR may be carried out faster if made available to sophisticated investors.
It could be a case of if emr can show their contribution to the financing, the financier may come up with theirs.
