Request for Trading Halt: Gascoyne Resources Limited (ASX: GCY)

Gascoyne Resources Limited (the Company) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities be granted by ASX in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

(a) The trading halt is requested pending a market announcement by the Company providing details of changes to Board composition.

(b) The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on the second trading day from the date of this letter or when a market announcement is made by the Company.
