According to AGM notice published after the TH, the two most recently appointed heavyweight directors (Murray and Messurier) are up for re-election, as are Ian Kerr and Sally-Ann Layman (which seems odd IMHO as she was only appointed in 2017 according to the AR ie not 3 years?)
Ie no-one seems to be pulling up stumps just yet and this lends credence to hypothesis that MD may be rotated
