Lets hope you are correct and that all it takes to get production to nameplate is a change of head management which is initiated by a proactive board !
The other issue is , is the contractor hitting targets for grade and tonnage , the tonnage is relatively easy , just more trucks and more blasting , the grade really comes down to grade control and a good EX operator on the right machine and blasting with not excessive heave .
