Last time they were able to successfully renegotiate the extension to 12 Oct and they didn't impose a trading halt.

This time GMC have imposed a trading halt, very possibly meaning there is more to it this time.

My guess is due to the moratorium Abe recent fall in stare price, the Noteholder is going to call their debt and will be very messy for GMC to get out of.
