There is NO update on moratorium as the secretary said this morning they have not met with governor and there is no firm date to meet with the governor. But then she said it might happen next week.. WTF!!! So Hamish was talking rubbish that they are meeting with him as quoted "shortly". You can call for yourself, the secretary was so vague... Gut feel it doesn't look promising but hope to be proven wrong. The best news we can get is an extension but I doubt this will be favoured by investors.
