No just a thought bubble, but to under pin the rare earths we would need copper and the 'other' partner miners industrial metals to make an income on which to build processess for the rare earths for the future in this country.
Between a few or more of our little miners we could build a miner/developer/processor of scale to attract and capture
serious investment. If each miner/partner developed a base metal from there tenements and pooled it to support the more
valuable rare earths we could really start thinking big.
