as someone considering buying into Syrah on the dip due to the fire.... giving a lifeline to opt out to those already participating in the spp is a concern.... why would I buy into the stock only for the spp to be undersubscribed.... this will only lead to more capital raises at a lower price.
no opt out option should be provided for the spp as in the short term it will only accelerate sp decline....
please shareholders participating in spp or protect the share price ? can't do both...
they should have simply closed the spp early.... done...
