I was at the Noosa conference and spoke with TMT. Their pfs includes costings for all infrastructure requirements needed to get the operation running including gas.
Some people on AVL saying how TMT doesn't have a flow sheet in their PFS. I can't find it either.. but it is in the Noosa mining conference pack and it is what they have used to produce sample V2O5.
