We are looking at about 111m new shares. This dilution represents about 5% of current issued capital.

It is a massive improvement on the last raise which diluted us by about 30%-35% from memory.

Plus, last time it has all the overhang of those broker options which capped the price for several months.

This is quick clean and done. Also appears no options issued. Payment for the raise appears to be cash.

I'm ok with 5% dilution to get us another year.

Raises are best done before there is blood in the water. If the market smells you need capital, you are quickly friendless. This principle applies to potential partners as well!

We can relax for another year and negotiate from a relatively stronger position.
